Baby Jogger City Select 2
The City Select 2 was released in summer 2021 and replaces the older City Select and City Select LUX strollers. It comes with 24 different seating options and is able to transform into a triple stroller with the addition of a glider board (second seat and car seat are sold separately). The stroller folds 20 percent smaller than previous models and weighs just five pounds less. It also comes with a fantastic range of accessories like a belly bar (included in the Eco Collection version), second seat, parent console & handmuff.
Most of our parent testers were impressed by the large storage bin that can hold a lot of equipment. They also loved how easily reclined the seats and that there was plenty of legroom for both children. The brake pedal on the back is easy to reach and use with one hand. Although the stroller is a little long and harder to maneuver, it is worth the extra space for parents who like spacious strollers.
The City Select 2 is also compatible with Baby Jogger infant car seats, Britax, Graco Chicco Maxi-Cosi, Graco (adapters are sold separately). This means you can use a single or a double stroller for your child from birth to the age of toddler.
The stroller might not be inexpensive, but it is likely to be the only one you will ever need. If you are able to afford it, then it's worth the cost. Particularly when you consider the top quality and durable design. The finish is gorgeous and the fabric connections are sturdy without damaged or rumpled. The 5-point harness snaps quickly, has a number of adjustments and is comfortable for children of all sizes. The seat cover can be machine washed in cold water. Most testers found it easy to take off and replace.
Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
The Delta Children LX Side-by-Side is a great option to consider if you're looking for an extra-large travel stroller. It's easy to transport and can be tucked away into tight spaces. The stroller weighs 20 pounds and has seats that can accommodate children up to 50 pounds each. The large canopy provides protection from rain, wind and sun. The seats can also recline to ensure the children with a comfortable ride. The stroller is a little shorter than most others in our test and can be opened up to 29 inches, which allows it to fit through the standard doorways of 30 inches.
This stroller earned an unsatisfactory score for user-friendliness in our test, but this is partly because it's so basic It doesn't have storage bins or deep recline on the seats, and the only parent cup holder is a tiny plastic container that sits on the handlebars. It comes with a 5-point safety harness with double-rethread straps that are simpler to adjust than those found on other strollers.
During the tests, we examined the ease of being able to turn to fold, turn, and maneuver the strollers. Travel strollers often have limited space in the car trunk and folding and unfolding them is an absolute requirement. The strollers that fold easily and with a few steps, and those with automatic locks scored higher. Strollers which can be folded by one hand and stand upright when folded also scored highly.
The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 is the most simple to push and turn, whereas the Mountain Buggy Nano takes a bit more effort to handle but still performs well in our test. The new Delta Children LX Side by Side is incredibly lightweight, with a folding frame that's nearly as compact as of the best umbrella strollers. Its minimalist design and budget-friendly price make it an attractive option for parents who want a travel stroller that's easy to carry, lift, and put away.
Mockingbird
The mockingbird is a multi-faceted songbird that is able to imitate other birds and sounds. This bird has a large range of sounds and can even mimic car alarms!
